Provides access to case law from the International Criminal Court (ICC) and a commentary to the Rome Statute. The ICL Database & Commentary aims to provide scholars, as well as practitioners, a starting point for legal research in the field of International Criminal Law. Cases can be found in three different ways: the case law is sorted according to source/trial stage and date, the case law and commentary is sorted under the relevant provision, and the legal texts, the commentary and the case law are searchable.
