This topic, "Judicial Methods in the 21st Century", was suggested by Justice Glenn Martin. He observed that the High Court appears to deliver its judgments more quickly than in the past. He asked: could it be that the method of producing judgments has changed? In answering that question, I will discuss the processes presently utilised in the High Court and, where possible, compare them with what may have occurred in the past. - Opening paragraph.
