Vols.1-5 are dated 1763, vols.6-8 1764.

Each volume has a separate titlepage, including vol.1, in addition to the general titlepage.

An 'Advertisement' in vol.8 announces that "at the request of many of the subscribers" the series would be brought up to date and completed by a ninth volume.

Vol.9 contains an index to the 9 vols. and an appendix and concludes: "The end of the ninth and last volume".

Subsequently another 9 vols. were published to continue the series to 1800. The edition statements in vols.15-18 of Ruffhead's edition describe them also as vols. 11-14 of the edition of 'Statutes at large' edited by Runnington.
