Summary:
This document is designed as a set of guidelines for police commanders at all levels. It describes in straightforward language appropriate procedures for dealing with a wide range of incidents. The guidelines cover major incidents which can be predicted to occur. Should an incident, which is not covered in this document, occur, police officers should make an appreciation of the incident and issue orders to cope with the occurrence.
