The Queensland Judgments website is a joint initiative of the Incorporated Council of Law Reporting for the State of Queensland (ICLRQ) and the Supreme Court of Queensland Library Committee (SCLQ), with the support of Queensland's courts and tribunals, and the technical assistance of Optimised and CaseIQ. The objective of the Queensland Judgments website is to publish, on behalf of the principal courts and tribunals of Queensland, an authoritative, complete and functional collection of Queensland case law (including the Queensland Reports) which can be made available to the community free of charge.
