Summary:
This volume publishes the papers presented at the sixth Tax Law History Conference held at the University of Cambridge in July 2012. It is surprisingly interesting. For those of us who are not specialist tax lawyers, there are papers such as "Plaintiff Glitterati: Famous People in Tax Cases", which outlines the legal adventures of many well-known figures from Andre Agassi to David Frost. Other papers deal with specific aspects of the history of tax law in Australia, England and elsewhere.
