Summary:
This is a compilation of essays on the titled topic by a collection of eminent Australian legal writers. The work essentially attempts to take stock of the present state of the law in relation to proprietary remedies with the constructive trust at the epicenter. The editors contribute three chapters which attempt to unite the variety of essays. The bulk of the essays are contributed by academics, judges and practitioners with the result that there is a variety of complimentary approaches to the general topic of proprietary remedies.
