Summary:
This article analyses the main trafficking offences and argues that, while they are certainly a step in the right direction, there are certain anomalies in the provisions which raise the question as to whether they comply with the UN Protocol. The drafting of the offences is also problematic when seen in the context of the Criminal Code as a whole. - Extract from introduction.
