We are continually exploring ways of improving our services to you.
We have negotiated with several major legal publishers to expand the range of online legal resources we can make available remotely at no cost to sole practitioners and small firms with five or less practising certificates (micro firms).
This service is called Virtual Legal Library (VLL).
All eligible Queensland Law Society members have been emailed their login details to enable them to access to VLL. Please ask your administrative staff to look out for our email, or check that they haven't deleted it in error.
These resources from leading suppliers such as CCH, LexisNexis and Thomson Reuters include key online publications in the areas of civil, criminal and family law. We hope that these textbooks, commentary services, law reports and journals will help you with your legal advice and case preparation.
Among the 138 titles available in VLL are Australian Criminal Reports, Australian Corporation Law, Australian Family Law and Practice, Carter's Criminal Law Queensland, Civil Procedure Queensland, Commonwealth Law Reports, Expert Evidence, and Motor Vehicle Law Queensland.
Help and support
To help you gain the most out of these resources, we will continue to offer support and assistance in accessing and effectively using them.
